🎁 Personalised & Custom Orders

• As each personalised item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

• Please double-check spellings, colours, and design choices before ordering.

🛍 Non-Personalised Items

• You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at weechickpeadesigns19@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.

• We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting your return (where applicable), via your original payment method.
