As each personalised item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

🛍 Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
