Returning online orders is easy! Contact us to return items within 30 days of initial purchase and your item will be refunded via your original method of payment upon receipt of the goods in the original condition.

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable.

 

Personalisation

Most items can be personalised with embroidery in a wide range of colours. Examples include wee one's names, initial(s) or a short phrase e.g 'Hello World'. Please bear in mind the size and style of the knit you are ordering for the space needed for the embroidery.

 

Care Instructions

We advise that all knits, especially those with personalised embroidery, be hand washed gently in cool water using hand wash detergent. Knits can be washed in the washing machine and we recommend using the hand wash cycle only, placing items in a garment bag to protect them.
